The Great Escape is a new generation hyper-casual, play and earn game available on browser and mobile. Players run on a map with an ape character to collect fruits, kill enemies and avoid traps in order to score as high as possible within a 120-second time limit. The game has been developed for over a year and is currently being tested in closed beta by a pool of 200-300 active players, boasting about 1000 daily transactions. We are iterating and testing as many things as we can before making the beta available to the public in order to offer a really smooth gaming experience. You can get access to the closed beta. Players can only gain access a few times per month, when we open the registrations for the frequent tournaments we organize. During these times, we send invitations to players registered on our waiting list. The game will remain in closed beta until the end of 2023 and will soon be available on the Google Play and IOS.

The Great Escape

The Great Escape is a Free-to-Play, new generation Play & Earn hypercasual platformer game. You have 120 seconds to roam the map of the week with your Ape character in order to collect fruits, kill your enemies and score as high as you can. Upon joining the game, you'll receive a cute Gibbon that you can upgrade all the way from level 1 to level 20 with a custom build. Players can equip their apes with badges, boosters and spirits to unlock special skills and increase their character’s performance. The game is entirely free-to-play and allows you to earn rewards in any token of your choice: BTC,ETH,MATIC,DOT etc... Every week, players get to compete on a new map for the best accumulated scores. During weekends, they also get to join the Battle of the Apes events to fight for the best score in a single game session. The Great Escape also features a PvP and a training mode and frequently organises large open Tournaments with exceptional Prize Pools.

The Great Escape is the child project of GLMR APES DAO.

GLMR APES DAO quickly self-organized as Moonbeam's network first DAO after the initial mint of GLMR APES NFTs.

The DAO is co administrated by 3 members of the core Team and 4 elected members of the community: The Wise Apes. Together, they form the Jungle Council, a governance body in charge of writing proposals concerning the game.

On a weekly basis, these proposals are then put on to vote by all of the GLMR APES NFT holders who form the DAO together.
